面试考场紧张,怎么办?
面试考场上,面对高压环境,难免紧张,如果不能正确应对,就可能会影响审题、答题,造成难以挽回的后果,为了帮助大家克服紧张感,下面给大家介绍几种方法:
1.基本功扎实。“难了不会,会了不难”,面试答题也是同样的道理,如果能在考前,多思、多答、多练、多积累,做到随便拿到一道题就有思路,在面试场上自然也可以熟练作答。
2.高压训练。在日常答题训练中,最好找一些陌生的队友,组队线下练习,借助于陌生人的陌生感,磨练自身在考场上面对考官的能力,在条件允许的情况下,也可以找一些队友充当考官。
3.注重逻辑性。在日常的学习中与练习中,分清题型,每一种题型的答题思路要做到胸有成竹,拿到题以后,直接题型归类,做到瞬间反应出此类题的答题思路,然后按照答题流程结合填充答案。
4.切忌胡思乱想。在高压的环境中,适度的紧张没问题,但是过度紧张就非常不好了,一定不要胡思乱想,像什么之前为了公考付出多少、会不会不上岸、会不会就差一丢丢、不上岸以后还要重头来过等此类问题,一旦有了念头,要立刻掐灭。
5.进行生理调节。在候考室等待,进入答题室前,可以去个厕所;也可以购买一些缓解紧张的药物;在考前的前几天,一定不要熬夜;跟小伙伴们,在答题之余聊一些开心的话题;每天答两到三套题即可,不宜搞疲劳战;也可以以调侃的方式对着emo,提前发泄、释放一下压力。
6.自信(最重要)。进入答题室后,礼貌问好,环视考官,眼神交流,最好微笑。坚信自己的内容就是正确的(并且考官也不一定听得进去),盯住主考官,要有一种“好好听我讲的”气势,缓缓输出,卡顿也不要慌张,继续沉稳的说下去就好。
